Making strategy real

Every journey from great idea to real results has a hard middle. Complexity is driven by the plans, the resource constraints, the systems and the hundred decisions between the brainstorm and the day it pays off. That middle is where we do our best work.

We stand beside your people, carry our share of the load, and stay until the idea is paying off.

Our beliefs

We were founded in 2008 on a belief: experienced people who stay through delivery, and who connect the work across functions, teams and vendors, turn a strategy into results.

  • People make strategy real.

Plans and systems matter, but the work moves when the people doing it understand it and own it.

  • Test it early.

We check our assumptions with the people closest to the work, before they become expensive.

  • Leave the team stronger.

Every engagement should leave your people more capable than we found them.

  • Tell it straight.

Our name commits us to the truth, including the news nobody wants to hear.

Design and build

We work like a design/build architect. We draw up the plans with your key stakeholders, then stay on site, hard hat on, until the work is done and the value is realized. We have walked this ground before, and we bring the tools and accelerators we have built along the way.

Your team

For each engagement, we bring the right people for the work: program managers, change leads, analysts and data engineers, deployed flexibly as the plan changes. Senior firm leadership sponsors every engagement and stays actively involved with every client and project.

Work with us

We look for people who untangle hard problems and enjoy the journey: consultants who join our team, and independent experts who partner with us on engagements. Everyone gets real client responsibility early, mentors who have done the work, and room to grow into new roles.

Verity alumni have gone on to found and lead organizations in professional services, healthcare and life sciences, and technology.
